Refund policy

Exchange 

We have an exchange policy. 
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept exchange requests in all cases. 
In case of a size issue or product fault, we will bear the reverse shipping cost. 
In case of a change of mind - ( ORDER DIFFERENT DESIGN) the buyer will have to bear the reverse shipment cost. 

To complete your exchange all these are required 

1- We will schedule a reverse pickup of the product from your address. You will have to hand over the product. 

There are certain situations where no exchanges will be granted. 

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds
We do not have a refund policy. We do exchanges happily in all Cases. (Subject to availability ) 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. 

Shipping
After 1 Exchange, If the exchange is requested by the customer in case of no error from the Team’s end or in case of change of mind for the design ordered, The customer will have to bear the reverse charges of shipping
